Recently, the sixth course of the second Yongkang Hardware MBA Brand Seminar, organized by the Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, was officially opened in Jiaxing. The course includes visiting enterprises, holding square table meetings, and listening to famous teachers. In three days, hot words such as brand, innovation, digitalization, and intelligence continued to flood into the minds of students.

The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology said that on the one hand, more and more entrepreneurs have gradually realized that brands are strategic assets of enterprises, and owning independent brands is the best way to open up the market; on the other hand, private enterprises in our city are at the peak of handover, and the "second generation of entrepreneurs" are gradually taking over the management of enterprises from their parents and becoming the backbone of promoting enterprise development. Although the overall quality of the "second generation of entrepreneurs" is high and the spirit of innovation is strong, there are also problems such as lack of practical experience and lack of management ability. To this end, our city has started to implement the regional public brand strategy of "Yongkang Hardware" around the goal of "building the world's hardware capital, quality and vitality Yongkang", and pioneered the brand class model in the province and even the country. The class aims to strengthen the innovative thinking of entrepreneurs, cultivate a number of well-known brands, comprehensively improve the brand building capabilities of our city's enterprises, and enhance the regional brand influence of "Yongkang Hardware".

 

This year, our province's "First Meeting of the New Year" focused on the construction of "three teams" and sounded the clarion call for "Innovation, Hard Work and Progress Year". The Yongkang Hardware MBA Brand Seminar coincides with the "construction of high-level innovative talents and entrepreneurial teams" mentioned in the "First Meeting of the New Year".

 

It is understood that in the more than three years since the opening of the Yongkang Hardware MBA Brand Seminar, students have proved the effectiveness of learning with practical actions. More than half of the students launched the brand strategy after returning to the company-Ande Electric and other companies have acquired 5 domestic and foreign brands, and the self-branded products of 4 companies such as Hongfeng Seiko have entered international large supermarkets such as Costco and Home Depot, and Feijian Industry and Trade has been selected as a franchised manufacturer and retailer of the Hangzhou Asian Games. It is worth mentioning that the person in charge of Xinkaidi Digital Technology has achieved remarkable results by applying what he has learned to corporate management. Xinkaidi Digital Technology was named "Zhejiang Province's 2023 Specialized and New Small and Medium Enterprises", and was selected as the general contractor for the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the subdivided industries of Jindong District and Wuyi County, Jinhua City. Its technology empowerment cases were selected as typical cases of digital transformation by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

 

The reporter learned that most of the participants in the first Yongkang Hardware MBA Brand Seminar were "first-generation" entrepreneurs. Driven by their demonstration, many "second-generation entrepreneurs" signed up for the second Yongkang Hardware MBA Brand Seminar, accounting for more than 50% of the total number, with an average age of 33 years old.
